Shipping Info
Your furniture will get a super awesome, hand-built, custom crate before being shipped through our freight partner.
Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process so you'll know upfront what it costs to ship. After your furniture has left our workshop the shipping provider will contact you to schedule the final delivery. Once your item arrives it may require some simple unpacking and assembly, but don’t worry we provide the instructions!
Warranty Information
We believe that heirloom-quality furniture should stand the test of time. With every product that we make here at Claw and Crown, we fully believe that it will outlive you. We want to be sure that our products live up to your expectations and meet the quality and craftsmanship that we guarantee.
5 Year Limited Warranty
Claw and Crown warrants its wood furniture products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of initial shipment to the original purchaser. Claw and Crown furniture is made of naturally variable raw materials. Differences in grain character and color among wood species are naturally occurring variations and are not within the control of Claw and Crown nor considered defects under this warranty. Natural color changes, variations, or movements in lumber or veneer products can occur and are not covered by this warranty. Exposure to extreme temperature changes, severe changes in humidity, and direct sunlight may cause color changes and/or surface or joint damage and are not covered by this warranty. Several components may have different warranty terms and are specified if applicable. Furniture in which such defects occur will be repaired or replaced at Claw and Crowns’s option or, if replacement or repairs are not possible, alternate financial remuneration may be paid at Claw & Crown’s option.
5 Year Limited Warranty
Claw and Crown warrants its clear top coat to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of initial shipment to the original purchaser. Incidental wear, fading, and yellowing to products including scratches & dents occurring from everyday use are not considered defects under this warranty. Furniture in which such defects occur will be repaired or replaced at Claw and Crown’s option or, if replacement or repairs are not possible, alternate financial remuneration may be paid at Claw and Crown's option.
1 Year Limited Warranty
Claw and Crown warrants its electrical systems for one (1) year from the date of initial shipment to the original purchaser. This includes battery, LED Light Strips, USB ports, and any other electrical components used in the construction of the lighting systems. Furniture in which such defects occur will be repaired or replaced at Claw and Crown’s option or, if replacement or repairs are not possible, alternate financial remuneration may be paid at Claw and Crown’s option.
